摘要
目的 观察被动吸烟对雌性Wistar大鼠垂体生殖激素和胚胎发育的影响.方法 健康雌性Wistar大鼠80只,体重为(200±10)g.随机分为对A,B,C,D,E组5组,每组16只.A组和B组为正常对照组,C,D,E组为被动吸烟组.被动吸烟组被动吸烟3个月,建立被动吸烟模型.被动吸烟3月后,取A组和C组大鼠,心脏取血,应用ELISA检测血清FSH和LH水平.B组、D组和E组大鼠雌雄合笼,计数怀孕大鼠.D组大鼠怀孕后停止吸烟,和B组在正常条件下饲养;E组继续被动吸烟.怀孕20d解剖孕鼠,记录每组胚胎植入数,活胎、吸收胎、死胎、畸胎数及胎重、身长、尾长等.结果 成功模拟年轻女性建立了被动吸烟模型;C组大鼠血清中FSH和LH水平明显低于A组(P<0.05).D组和E纽大鼠受孕率明显低于B组(P<0.01).D,E组大鼠与B组相比,及E组与D组相比吸收胎、死胎率升高,胎鼠体重、身长、尾长明显降低(P<0 05).结论 被动吸烟严重影响雌性大鼠垂体功能、受孕率和胚胎发育.雌鼠长期被动吸烟孕后戒烟,并不能完全消除对胚胎发育的影响.
Objective To observe lhe effects of passive smoking on the pituitary functions and embryo development. MethodsEighty female Wistar rats were divided into five groups randomly:A,B,C, D and E groups,each group 16 rats. In the chamber made by ourselves tbr passive smoking experiment,the C, D and E groups were, established an animal model of passive smoking for 3 months. The bloodthai takend from heart gained from group A and group C. The levels of LH and FSH were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ). The other groups'rats were pregnant. Rats in group D quited passive smoking, rats in group E were still exposed to tobacco smoke.Then the number of embryo implantations,livings, absorbed fiquses, deaths, the rate of malformation and embryo weight,body length,tail leilgth were counted for each group and dealt with statistical analysis. Results The passive smoking model was successfully established by simulating young women smoke passively The OD ratio of I,H and FSH were lower in group C than group A(P 〈 0.05). There were obvious difference in absorbed or death embryo number and embryo weight, IU(;R percentage,length between experiment groups and control group or between E group and D group . The weight of embryo in all smoking groups were obvious lower than that in control group. Conclusion Secretory function of pituitary was decreased by passive smoking. Passive smoking could disturb the embryoo development,and stop passive smoking can not completely eliminate Ihe bad influence on the embryo development
