摘要
教师自我拓展是教师积极的、自主的、主动的通过各种方法、途径的学习和训练,以达到自身知识素质、道德素质、能力素质以及心理素质等多方面素质的提高。教师可以通过校本培训、构建学习型组织,还可以通过网络、媒体、书籍以及人际交流等多种渠道,参与拓展训练等方法进行自我拓展。
The self-development of teacher is that teacher through learning and training of a variety of methods and ways positively,independently and actively,to achieve the quality of their knowledge,moral quality,ability and psychological qualities.Teachers can through school-based training,building a learning organization,also through the network,media,books,and interpersonal communication,participate in expanding training to conduct self-development.
