Innovation of business incubator mode of vocational college students——Dongying Vocational College as case study

高职生创业的成功孵化首先解决了创业者们的就业问题,同时,成功开展的创业教育和成功创业者的效应能够激发更多学生的创业激情,带动新一轮的自主创业,形成"产业—孵化—孵化成功—走向社会"的良性循环,带来更多的就业机会。因此创业孵化基地的成功构建、科学运转和良性的循环效应,能够有效地促进高职生创业、就业。
