如今,高职高专院校普遍存在,其毕业生就业问题成为关乎学校发展、关乎社会发展的重大问题,如何指导高职高专院校毕业生妥善选择就业方向至关重要。本文在分析高职高专院校毕业生选择就业去向时面对的各种问题的基础上提出了相应的建议。

Today,vocational colleges are prevalent,the employment of students become the major issues related to school development and social development,how to guide the vocational college graduates properly choose employment is essential.This paper put forward the corresponding proposals on the basis of analyzing the various issues that vocational college graduates facing when they select employment destination.
