心脏再同步治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

To Observe the Effect of Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy in Patients with Congestive Heart Failure

目的 观察心脏再同步治疗（CRT）难活性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 9例难治性心力衰竭患者接受CRT治疗.植入后定期随访,分析患者心功能、活动耐量、QRS时限、左室射血分数、左室舒张末内径等指标变化.结果 9例患者成功植入CRT,平均随访（9.9±9.4）个月,死亡1例,1例患者因心力衰竭症状复发住院,其余患者心功能分级、活动耐量较植入前有显著改善.结论 CRT治疗难治性心力衰竭有效,显著改善心功能.

Objective To observe the effect of cardiac resynchronization therapy （CRT） in patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods Nine patients of refractory heart failure patients receiving CRT therapy. Regular follow-up after implantation, analysis of patients with cardiac function, activity tolerance, QRS minute, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic diameter changes of indexes. Results Nine patients were successfully implanted CRT, patients were follow-up （ 9.9 ± 9.4 ） months, 1 patient died, 1 patient was hospitalized due to heart failure symptoms recurred,and the remaining patients cardiac function, activity tolerance than the pre-implantation has significantly improved. Conclusion CRT in treatment of refractory heart failure effectively, significantly improved cardiac function.
