血管内皮生长因子和基质金属蛋白酶-7在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

Expression and Significance of VEGF and MMP-7 in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的 测定非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者组织中血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和基质金属蛋白酶-7（MMP-7）的表达,探讨二者在NSCLC发生、发展中的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学SP法检测56例NSCLC患者肿瘤组织及其癌旁正常肺组织中VEGF和MMP-7的表达.结果 NSCLC组织中VEGF和MMP-7的阳性率分别为66.07％和57.14％,与癌旁组织相比,二者阳性率表达明显升高（P＜0.05）.VEGF和MMP-7在NSCLC组织中的表达呈正相关（P＜0.01）.VEGF和MMP-7表达与组织类型无关,与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结转移密切相关.结论 VEGF和MMP-7在NSCLC组织中的表达与肿瘤的浸润、转移有关,有助于判断患者的预后.

Objective To measure the expressions and significance of VEGF and MMP-7 in NSCLC tissue,and explore the role of them in the genesis and development of NSCLC. Methods The expression of VEGF and MMP-7 in 56 cases of NSCLC tissues and in paired normal lung cancer was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry assay. Results Positive rate of VEGF and MMP-7 was 66.07% and 57.14% in the tissue of NSCLC ,both of positive rates were significantly higher than that of the paired normal lung cancer（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and that of MMP-7 { P 〈 0.01 }. The expression level of VEGF and MMP-7 were closely related to clinical stages, differentiations and lymph node metastasis, but not to histological classification. Conclusion The expression of VEGF and MMP-7 may play an important role in the infiltration and metastasis in NSCLC. Detection of expression may be helpful to predict the prognosis of patients with lung cancer.
