TP与D2-40在胃癌中的表达及生物学意义

Expression and Significance of Thymidine Phosphorylase and D2-40 in Gastric Carcinoma

目的 探讨胸苷磷酸化酶（TP）和D2-40标记阳性的淋巴管密度（LVD）在胃腺癌中表达的关系及生物学意义.方法 应用免疫组化（SP法）检测63例胃腺癌、28例癌旁不典型增生和63例正常胃黏膜组织中TP和D2-40的表达情况.结果 TP在正常胃组织、癌旁不典型增生及胃腺癌中的表达率分别为63.5％,39.3％,4.8％,呈明显的递增趋势（P＜0.05）.淋巴管密度在癌旁组显著高于胃癌组及正常胃组织组,三组间差异显著（P＜0.05）.TP表达阳性率及淋巴管计数在组织学分期Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期、未侵及浆膜组及淋巴结未转移组明显低于Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期、侵及浆膜组及淋巴结转移组（P＜0.05）.TP阳性组中D2-40标记的淋巴管计数组明显高于TP阴性组（P＜0.01）.结论 TP和LVD可能与胃腺癌的发生发展、浸润及转移等生物学行为相关,胃腺癌中分泌的TP可能促进淋巴管生成.

Objective To investigate the relation between thymidine phosphorylase （ TP） and D2-40 marked LVD （ lymphatic mi- crovessel density） in gastric carcinoma and its biological significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of TP and D2-40 in tissues from 63 cases of gastric carcinoma,28 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 63 cases of normal stomach mucosa. Results The expression rates of TP protein increased by normal stomach tissues and adjacent atypical hyperplasia and turns in carcinoma, which were 4.8% ,39.3% and 63.5% respectively. There was a significantly statistic difference among the three groups. The LVD in adjacent atypical hyperplasia tissues was higher than that in carcinoma and normal stomach tissues. Overexpressions of TP and LVD in gastric carcinoma were correlated with TNM stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis and histological grade. The D2-40 marked LVD was significantly higher in the positive cases of TP than those in the negative ones of TP in gastric carcinoma. Conclusion TP and D2-40 marked LVD might associate with the biological behaviors,such as： oncogenisis,development,invasion and metasasist of gastric carcinoma. TP might promote lymphaticoangiogenesis in the gastric carcinoma tissues.
