Jigsaw模式是合作学习的一种有效方法,不仅能有效的促进学生学习方式的转变,提高学生的学习效率,更有助于培养学生分工合作、协调沟通等能力。本文用实例说明Jigsaw模式在餐饮英语教学中的操作及教学效果,阐述了Jigsaw模式应用于餐饮英语教学的可行性。

Jigsaw model is an effective method of cooperative learning,it not only can effectively promote to change the learning way of students,improve learning efficiency of students,but also help students culture the skills of division of labor,coordination and communication.This paper uses examples to illustrate the operation and teaching effect of Jigsaw model in catering English teaching,elaborate the feasibility of Jigsaw model applied in catering English teaching.
