第二信使环腺苷二磷酸核糖介导Ca^(2+)释放的作用机制

摘要 环腺苷二磷酸核糖(cADPR)是多种细胞、组织和器官内调节Ca2+浓度的第二信使。cADPR依靠胞内的兰尼碱受体(RyR)的选通性对Ca2+释放进行调节,即:通过底物辅酶Ⅰ(NAD+)与产物cADPR跨膜穿梭,或配体介导胞外酶CD38的内化。本文主要综述了cADPR的合成及其介导Ca2+释放的作用机制。 Cyclic ADP-ribose (cADPR) is a Ca2+ mobilizing second messenger in various types of cell, tissue and organism, cADPR regulates the release of Ca2+ depending on the gating properties of ryanodine receptors ( RyRs), which is transmembrane shutting of the substrate coenzyme I ( NAD + ) and the product cADPR, or ligand-induced internalization of CD38. This review summarizes mechanisms of cADPR synthesis and its regulation on intracellular Ca2+ release.
