摘要
碱洗塔即使在常温操作条件下,仍会产生"黄油",异常时会造成碱洗塔塔釜和废碱液罐的堵塞,而且也为废碱液的处理带来困难。文中从优化碱洗塔操作出发,分析了各操作条件对黄油生成量的影响,以及使用黄油抑制剂来抑制和减少黄油的生成,达到优化碱洗塔的操作目的。
Even under normal temperature,the operation of caustic scrubbing tower will cause the formation of aldehyde polymer,which will block the tower and waste caustic tank and bring difficulties to spent caustic treatment.To optimize the operation of caustic scrubbing tower,this paper discusses the effect of various operating conditions on the formation of aldehyde polymer and proposes that aldehyde polymer inhibitor can be used to inhibit and reduce the formation of aldehyde polymer, so as to optimize the operation of caustic scrubbing tower.
