裂解高硫石脑油对乙烯装置长周期运行的影响

IMPACT OF HIGH SULFUR NAPHTHA CRACKING ON LONG-TERM OPERATION OF ETHYLENE PLANT

以高硫石脑油为裂解原料,加工过程中对装置影响较大,裂解气虽能满足工艺要求,但存在高硫石脑油硫含量不稳定、罐内油品不均匀等不确定因素,加之加工装置处理硫化物能力有限,无法满足加工高硫石脑油的要求。文中从高硫石脑油的储运条件、加工工艺参数、工艺调整等方面进行分析,论述乙烯装置加工高硫石脑油实现长周期高负荷运行的方法。

As cracking feedstock,high sulfur naphtha has a great impact on ethylene plant.Pyrolysis gas can meet process requirements,hut there are a few uncertainties including unstable sulfur content in high sulfur naphtha and non - uniform distribution of oils in tank,and the sulfide treatment capacity is limited,so the processing requirements for high sulfur naphtha cannot be satisfied.In this paper,the storage and transportation conditions,process parameters and process adjustment for high sulfur naphtha are analyzed,and methods for realizing long - term and high - load operation of ethylene plant,which takes high sulfur naphtha as the feedstock,are discussed.
