摘要
以20个不同来源的甘蓝型油菜品种(系)为材料,用不同质量浓度的PEG-6000溶液对芽期油菜进行模拟干旱胁迫处理。综合考虑根长、芽长、芽苗总长、根冠比、根鲜质量、芽鲜质量、总鲜质量、根干质量、芽干质量、总干质量10个指标,发现200g/L PEG-6000处理下,各指标值与对照差异显著,各指标相对值在不同品种间呈现最大变异系数。因此200g/L PEG-6000为芽期油菜抗旱性鉴定的最适质量浓度,建立了油菜室内PEG-6000模拟干旱早期鉴定技术体系。
Twenty rapeseed cultivars(Brassica napus L.) were taken as experimental materials at germination stage.Different mass concentrations of PEG-6000 were chosen to produce different drought.The root length,shoot length,total length,root/shoot ratio,root fresh mass,shoot fresh mass,total fresh mass,root dry mass,shoot dry mass and total dry mass were measured in simulated drought stress.200 g/L PEG-6000 was the optimum concentration used to produce drought stress according to the ten morphological indexes at early growing stage.
