摘要
随着装置大型化的趋势,装置占地面积增加,设备直径、管道直径都变大。某炼油厂升级改造项目中新建4.80 Mt/a催化裂化装置是目前单套处理量最大的催化裂化装置,分馏塔直径达8.8 m,塔顶油气线管径DN1400,通过对该装置分馏塔顶油气线设计过程的总结和研究,比较不同设计方案对管线长度、柔性的影响,并对设备和管道布置提出优化及对管道重要支架的设计进行探讨。
The trend towards large-scale unit increases the floor area of unit and the diameter of equipment and pipelines. Up to now,a grassroots 4.80Mt/a RFCC unit in a refinery expansion and upgrading project is the largest single-set FCC unit.The diameter of its fractionation tower is 8.8 meters,and the diameter of overhead vapor line is DN1400.By summarizing and studying the design of overhead vapor line in this FCC fractionation tower, this article compares the influence of different design schemes on pipe length and flexibility,puts forward some optimization measures for equipment and piping layout, and discusses the design of key piping support.
