摘要
减压转油线是指自减压炉至减压塔之间用于输送工艺介质的管系,它是常减压蒸馏装置中一组极其重要的管系,其布置形式将直接影响到整套装置的平面布置和最终设计成品质量。本文阐述了常减压蒸馏装置中高速减压转油线的主要特点和布置形式,并结合某大型常减压蒸馏装置的自身特点与实际情况,探讨了高速减压转油线的设计思路。同时运用图文与表格相结合的形式从管道应力、支吊架设计、材质和壁厚等各个方面对高速减压转油线的设计进行了深入而详尽的分析。
Vacuum transfer line is the piping system which transfers material from vacuum furnace to vacuum tower. It is one of the most important piping systems in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and its layout directly influences the plot plan of the unit and the quality of final products.This article introduces the main design features and form of layout of vacuum transfer line in typical atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,discusses a new design idea of vacuum transfer line based on the actual conditions of a large atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and analyzes in detail the new idea of piping system from aspects of piping stress,piping support design,material and wall thickness.
