论哈尼族非遗保护的认识瓶颈及其突破对策

The Bottleneck of Awareness about Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Hani People

尊重文化主权、倡导文化平等、维系全人类多样性的文化基因,是非物质文化遗产保护的根本宗旨。从传承主体的角度来讲,文化主人的文化自觉意识和文化主权观念的强弱,直接关系到非物质文化遗产保护的成效。传承哈尼族非物质文化遗产的根本之道在于:呼唤全体族人洞悉文化流变的一般规律,洞察哈尼文化的变迁历程与主体结构,理性评价自己和他者文化的价值,彰显传承人的文化地位与贡献,切实保障哈尼族对本民族文化全面拥有原创权、所有权、阐释权、创新变革权、开发利用权和优先享受权。

The fundamental purpose of the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage is to respect cultural sovereignty,promote cultural equality,and maintain the cultural diversity of humanity.Cultural awareness and the conception of cultural sovereignty of the people involved bear direct influence on the effectiveness of the protective endeavor.The key to the protection of intangible heritage of the Hani people lies with a call for the general public of the Hani people to understand the general laws of cultural changes,to understand the history of Hani cultural changes and their content structure,to make sensible judgment of the cultural values of different cultures,to give enough emphasis to the people of heritage and their contribution,and to safeguard various relevant cultural rights of the Hani people.
