An Innovative Study in the Teaching Model for the Course of Production and Operations Management

传统《生产运作管理》课程实践教学模式的研究大多是从教师主导的角度探讨。在应用型本科教育背景下,从学生自主学习能力的视角切入,建构企业实践"三段论"+游戏化教学+校园科研课题+创业大赛的实践教学模式,是对当前该课程实践教学的补充与完善。

Previous research on the practice teaching of Production and Operations Management course was conducted mainly from the perspective of the teacher as the leading role in the teaching of the course.Against the background of application oriented undergraduate education,in an effort to enhance students＇ independent learning ability,a new mode of teaching in the three stages of game-like instruction,on-campus research projects,and entrepreneurship competition is formulated as a complement to and perfection of the present teaching of the course.
