A Theoretical Thinking on Service Mode in Jilin PAP Hospital

武警部队点多、线长、面广的分布特点,一直制约并影响着武警医院为兵服务这一宗旨的实现。受此影响,为兵服务方式一直局限在下派医疗队、改善官兵就医条件等传统方式上,相对广大基层官兵的实际就医需求来说,常常是"远水不解近渴"。但今天,武警部队"三级网"的建成以及信息化水平的不断提高,为武警部队医院创新为兵服务观念、变革为兵服务方式提供了非常有效的平台和契机。

PAP has a distribution with many spots,long line and wide extension which all the time restricted and affected the hospital from serving the soldiers well.Therefore,the medical team and improving army men＇s medical treatment were the two main traditional ways all the time.And this was not enough for the soldiers.However,today＇s three-leveled network and the development of informatization provided the effective platform and moment for informing the service idea and service mode.
