异种肝细胞移植治疗肝衰大鼠的初步研究

Preliminary Investigation of Treatment of Xenogeneic Hepatocyte Transplantation on Hepatic Failure Rats

将豚鼠肝细胞植入D -氨基半乳糖诱导的肝衰大鼠脾内 ,观察逆转肝衰的疗效并初步探讨其作用机理。结果表明 ,移植组的两周生存率明显大于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;脾内移植的异种肝细胞生存短暂 ( 2 4小时左右 )。提示 :异种肝细胞移植可以治疗肝衰 ;其机理需考虑与刺激受损肝细胞再生和 或增强受体对肝功能衰竭的耐受力有关 。

The hepatic failure rats induced by D-galactosamine(D-GI)were transplanted with hepatocytes of Guinea-pig into their spleens.The effect of it reverse hepatic failure was observed and the mechanism was also preliminary investigate.The results showed that the survival rate of transplanted group at the end of two weeks post-tested was higher than that of control group( P <0.05) and grafted hepatocytes disappeared shortly after intrasplenic transplantation.The investigation suggested that xenogeneic hepatocyte transplantation can reverse hepatic failure.The mechanism was also discussed in the paper. \ \
