腹膜透析和血液透析患者贫血程度及血清EPO水平的比较

The Comparison of the Degree of Anemia and the Level of Serum Erythropoietin(EPO) of the Patients of Peritoneal Dialysis and of Hemodialysis

为探讨腹膜透析和血液透析对慢性肾衰患者贫血的影响及其发生机制 ,检测了 10例腹透和 16例血透患者的血清促红细胞生成素 (EPO)血红蛋白及其相关指标。结果显示血红蛋白腹透组较血透组明显高 ,血清EPO腹透组高于血透组。表明在改善贫血方面腹透优于血透 ,其原因可能与腹透能更好地清除中分子物质 。

In order to study the influence and the mechanism of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis on anemia of patients of chronic renal failure,we examined the serum erythropoietin,hemoglobin and related indexes of 10 cases of peritoneal dialysis and 16 cases of hemodialysis.The result shows that the level of hemoglobin and serum EPO of the group treated by peritoneal dialysis is much higher than that of the group treated by hemodialysis.This implies that peritoneal dialysis is better than hemodialysis in improving anemia,probably resulted from the better elimination of middle molecules and the stimulation of the generation of EPO by peritoneal dialysis. \ \
