摘要
文章首先阐述了茶叶清洁化生产的基本概念、依据的法律法规、执行的技术规范和标准,然后针对目前我国茶叶生产中存在的茶园管理较落后、茶叶加工环境和条件较差、产品包装不当等问题,探讨了造成这些问题的原因,最后提出了茶叶清洁化生产的对策,即要严格执行生产许可审查制度,加强良好农业规范(GAP)的实施力度,建立产品质量可追溯体系,采用先进技术和先进管理规范,从而达到提高茶叶质量安全水平的目的。
This paper first explains the basic concepts of nonpolluting tea production. It also elaborates the laws, regulations and standards that nonpolluting tea production was being carried out. Then it investigates the reasons that caused the current backward states of the poor tea garden management in production, the undesirable tea processing environment and conditions, and improper packaging. Finally, the countermeasures of nonpolluting tea production are provided with the purpose of improving the level of tea quality and safety. The countermeasures include strictly carrying out tea production permit examining system, strengthening the implement of GAP, establishing a traceable production quality system, and adopting advanced technology and management specifications.
