摘要
学前教育事业的发展给高校学前教育人才培养提出了前所未有的机遇和挑战,本科学前教育的培养目标转变为以培养幼教一线工作者为主,因此,本科学前教育专业应积极构建人才培养模式,在课程设置、实践教学和师资队伍建设等方面进行改革。
The development of preschool education brings both opportunities and challenges to training programs for preschool educators in universities.Therefore,the reform will be preformed in constructing newly-advanced educating mode involving curriculum,teaching and teachers training.
