摘要
磨削力和比磨削能是磨削过程的两个重要参数,也是制定合理的磨削工艺需要参考的两个重要因素。采用陶瓷结合剂cBN砂轮、电镀cBN砂轮以及单层钎焊cBN砂轮[1]进行了高速磨削GH4169高温合金试验,研究了磨削力、比磨削能与单颗磨粒最大未变形切屑厚度的关系,并在此基础上建立了相应的理论公式。研究结果表明,单层钎焊cBN砂轮在高速条件下更适合难加工材料的磨削,同时也验证了"尺寸效应"的存在及作用。针对磨削力与比磨削能的建模对于高速磨削机理研究与高速磨削工艺优化具有参考价值。
Grinding force and specific grinding energy are not only two significant issues to evaluate the grinding process,but also vital for choosing suitable grinding process.Through the grinding experiments on nickel based superalloy GH4 169 using vitrified bonded,electroplated and single-layer brazed wheels,the relationships of the maximum undeformed chip thickness versus grinding force and specific grinding energy are presented.Their relevant theoretical formula was obtained.The test results revealed that the single layer brazed wheel was suitable for high-speed grinding of nickel based superalloy GH4169.Meanwhile,the existence and function of "size effect"was proved.The results of this work will provide references value for the research of high speed grinding mechanism and the optimization of the process.
