摘要
对烧结金刚石串珠绳锯在锯切混凝土过程中锯切力的变化进行了跟踪检测实验,研究了锯切力随锯切参数及锯切长度的变化规律。实验结果表明:锯切过程中,工件上所承受的锯切力(水平力Fh和垂直力Fv)随着线速度vs的提高而减低,随着进给速度vf的提高而增加。锯切力随着锯切中工件长度L的增加而增加。垂直力与水平力之间存在着良好的对应关系,垂直力与水平力比约为4.45。
The cutting forces were measured during the concrete sawing with the sintered diamond wire saw.The influences of sawing parameters and cutting length on the cutting forces were investigated in the process of sawing.The experimental results showed that the cutting forces,Fh and Fv,went through an increase with the decrease of the spindle speed vs and the increase of the feeding speed vf.Cutting forces were improved with the increase of cutting length L.An excellent relationship existed between the vertical force and horizontal force.The ratio of the vertical force to the horizontal force was about 4.45.
