摘要
污水处理厂废水经超声粉碎后,使用TOC/TN仪直接测定总氮。对仪器条件、进样方式、微波粉碎时间及加标回收率进行了探讨。相对标准偏差<2.35%,测定结果与国标法一致,相对误差<±1.3%,回收率为95.3%~97.8%。方法简便、快速、准确。
The total nitrogen in sewage from wastewater treatment plants was directly detected by TOC/TN method after ultrasonic crush.This paper discusses the important parameters including instrument conditions,sample putting mode,ultrasonic crush time and recovery rate.The relative standard deviation of using this may is less than 2.35%,the relative error is less than ±1.3% and recovery rate are 95.3%~97.8% that consistent with the GB method.It is a simple,fast and accurate method to wastewater detection.
