摘要
本试验旨在研究黄花蒿乙醇提取物对奶山羊乳腺阴外动脉血和乳静脉血中共轭亚油酸(CLA)等脂肪酸含量的影响。选用9只健康、体重(38±3)kg的泌乳期[泌乳天数(210±15)d]关中奶山羊,随机分为3组,每组3只羊,对照组、Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组奶山羊分别饲喂0、7.26和12.10g/d黄花蒿乙醇提取物。经预试期30d后,分别在奶山羊乳腺阴外动脉和乳静脉于饲喂后0、3、6和9h采集血液,测定脂肪酸组成。结果表明:乳腺组织能够合成顺9-油酸(c9C18∶1)和CLA,而不能合成亚油酸(C18∶2)、亚麻酸(C18∶3)、反11-油酸(t11C18∶1)和硬脂酸(C18∶0);黄花蒿提取物增加了动静脉血中t11C18∶1、CLA和c9C18∶1的含量,降低了C18∶2含量。结果提示,黄花蒿提取物能够促进乳腺合成CLA和其前体物。
The objective of this study was to evaluate effects of Artemisia annua extract(AAE) on fatty acid contents,i.e.conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) content,in external pudendal arterial and venous blood in the mammary gland of dairy goats.Nine healthy lactating [(210±15) days in milk] Guanzhong dairy goats with the body weight of(38±3) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 goats in each group.Goats in control group,group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were supplemented with 0,7.26 and 12.10 g/d AAE,respectively.After 30 d pretrial period,blood samples were collected from external pudendal artery and vein in the mammary gland after 0,3,6 and 9 h of feeding for analysis of fatty acid composition.The results showed as follows: In the mammary gland,c9 C18∶ 1 and CLA could be synthesized,while C18∶ 2,C18∶ 3,t11 C18∶ 1 and C18∶ 0 could not be synthesized;supplementation of AAE increased contents of t11 C18∶ 1,CLA and c9 C18∶ 1,but decreased the content of C18∶ 2.The results indicate that AAE has a stimulant effect on the synthesis of CLA and its precursor.
