贵州香猪7~25kg生长阶段的氨基酸沉积规律与需要量的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究贵州香猪7~25kg生长阶段的氨基酸沉积规律,本试验选取60~75日龄的贵州香猪34头(公母各占1/2),采用扣除蛋白质等消化能(protein-free equalized digestible energy,DEpf)饲粮设计,通过比较屠宰试验,旨在建立贵州香猪在此生长阶段的氨基酸需要量模型。结果表明,贵州香猪每千克无脂增重的可消化赖氨酸(DLys)沉积量在7~16kg和16~25kg2个体重生长阶段及相应体重段的蛋白质与氨基酸不同梯度饲粮间基本一致,平均沉积量为15.33g;其他必需氨基酸的沉积量与Lys沉积量间保持稳定的比例关系;摄入DLys扣除与增重相应的维持Lys消耗后,剩余的几乎全部用于体蛋白质沉积,平均沉积率为95.36%。上述结果表明,Lys是贵州香猪的第一限制性氨基酸,每千克自然增重生长的DLys需要量为(13.58-0.075BW)g;以DLys沉积量为100建立的用于生长的可消化必需氨基酸需要量模型为:Lys100、Thr55、Val104、Met23、Ile44、Leu123、Phe15、His44、Arg92和Trp17。 This experiment was conducted to ascertain the deposition and requirements of amino acids in Guizhou Xiang pigs for the 7 to 25 kg growth period.Thirty-four pigs(male∶ female=1∶ 1) at 60 to 75 days of age fed diets of protein-free equalized digestible energy(DEpf) were selected to carry out comparative slaughter experiment.Results showed that the deposition of digested lysine(DLys),averagely 15.33 g/kg of fat-free gain,was basically no difference in both the 7 to 16 kg and 16 to 25 kg growth periods and among diets containing different gradients of protein and amino acids.The deposition of other amino acids kept stable proportional relationship with that of lysine.The surplus of intake DLys deducted the maintenance consumption of corresponding fat-free gain was almost entirely used for protein deposition.The deposition efficiency averaged 95.36%.The results indicate that lysine is the first limitation amino acid of Guizhou Xiang pigs.Requirement of DLys is(13.58-0.075 BW) g/kg of live body weight gain for growth.Taking DLys as 100,the digested amino acids pattern is: Lys 100,Thr 55,Val 104,Met 23,Ile 44,Leu 123,Phe 15,His 44,Arg 92 and Trp 17.
