摘要
从水文水力学特性、闸址地形、枢纽布置和运行方式等角度分析了鄱阳湖水利枢纽过鱼设施建设方案。针对鱼类从江到湖的溯河阻隔问题提出了枢纽左右岸均修建鱼道和船闸过鱼的解决方案,针对鱼类从湖到江的降河阻隔问题提出了泄洪闸的生态调度和选用鱼类友好型水轮机的解决方案。同时建议,在系统调查研究鄱阳湖的江湖交流鱼种及其生态习性的基础上提出适合鄱阳湖鱼类的鱼道型式和其他鱼类保护措施,尽量降低枢纽建设对鱼类的影响。
In this paper, the fish passage facilities construction scheme is analyzed from the aspects of hydrologic and hydraulic characteristics, topography, layout and operational mode. To reduce the impact on fish migration between the Poyang Lake and the Yangtze River, fish passages are constructed on both banks and combined with the ship locks to resolve the anadromous migration problems, while sluices eco-regulating operation and fish-friendly turbine are proposed to resolve catadromous migration problems. At the same time, fish passage type and other fish-protecting measures suitable for fishes living in Poyang Lake are suggested on the basis of investigating the exchange of fish species between river and lake, in order to reduce the negative effect of water control project on fishes as far as possible.
