煤油型航空喷气式燃料JP-8皮肤途径中毒的毒性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 目的综述煤油型航空喷气式燃料(jetpropellant-8,Jp-8)皮肤途径中毒的毒性研究。资料来源与选择国内外医学数据库中有关JP-8皮肤途径中毒的毒性研究文献。资料引用引用文献资料20篇。资料综合主要从JP-8皮肤途径中毒的局部毒性研究和全身毒性研究两个方面进行概述。局部毒性研究包括皮肤刺激性、过敏性和致癌性研究,全身毒性研究包括皮肤的渗透性研究和全身毒性效应的评估。结论经皮肤途径中毒是职业接触JP-8中毒的主要途径之一,皮肤局部毒性主要为刺激性和过敏性,JP-8可以通过透皮吸收引起全身毒性,毒性作用与经呼吸道和经口染毒的毒性作用相似,但作用较弱。 Objective To sum up the researches on the toxicity of jet propellant-8 (JP-8) poisoned via cutaneous infection. Literature resource and selection Related published articles in China and foreign countries. Literature quotation Twenty references were cited. Literature synthesis The JP-8 invasion by cutaneous infection would cause human's local and systemic poisoning. Researches of local toxicity included the subjects of skin irritation, skin sensitization and skin carcinogenicity. Researches on systemic toxicity included percutaneous permeation and systemic toxicity effects. Conclusions Cutaneous exposing is a main route of poisoning the professionals with JP-8. The local toxicity from cutaneous exposures to JP-8 is mainly symptomatized by skin irritation and skin sensitivity. JP-8 percutaneous invasion may result in systemic but mild intoxication that is similar to the effects of infecting via inhalation or ingestion.
