Analysis of the Capability of the Organization and the Capability of Cooperation

市场经济的深入发展,既给人们的社会生活带来机遇,也带来了挑战。无论抓住机遇还是应付挑战,都离不开组织和合作。组织和合作行为的顺利完成,要求社会精英具有组织能力,也要求社会精英与社会团体成员之间及团体内部成员之间具有合作能力。本文从"能力"的内涵入手,厘清组织和合作的内涵及其关系,进一步界定组织能力和合作能力的内涵;在此基础上,论证组织能力和合作能力之间的关系,并尝试探讨如何提升组织能力和合作能力。

With the development of the market economy going to greater depth, it bings the people the opportunity of the development and the realistic challenge. Whether catching the opportunity or taking on a challenge, it is necessary for the people to organize and cooperate. However,if we wish to finish organizing and cooperating successfully, the social elite must be have the the capability of the organization, also it is necessary to have the capability of cooperation between the elite and the members and among the members. In the paper,we will study the meaning of the capability, and distinguish the relations and the meaning of the organizing and the cooperating. Then we will define the meaning of the capability of the organization and the capability of cooperation. On this basis, we will demonstrate the relations of the capability of the organization and cooperation, and try to discuss how to upgrade the two.
