基于大学科技园区案例的园区经济发展模型研究

Research on the Model of Sci-tech Park Economics:Basing on the cases of University Science and Technology Park

结合传统经济理论,通过对国内外大学科技园区发展比较、个案分析以及园区建设与发展影响因素细分,建立园区发展的"极点"增长模型。最终通过示例形式分析现今大学科技园区的特点,提出发展建议。

This dissertation compares University-based Hi-tech Parks in different countries, analyzes cases, subdivides factors influencing parks’ development, and then establishes an ideal model for Hi-tech Parks’ development. Finally, this dissertation puts the Shanghai hi-tech parks into the model, analyzes features and sets types; put forward development proposals at last.
