摘要
提出一种磁保持继电器触头运动与电弧产生之间关系的测试新方法。该方法采用高速摄像机和图像处理技术对磁保持继电器的动作机构的动态过程进行测试,同时采集触头电弧的图像,得出触头运动特性和电弧引燃的关系曲线,能够准确地反映磁保持继电器触头运动与电弧产生之间的关系,为磁保持继电器设计过程中结构的改进提供依据。
A new test method of the relationship between contact movement and arc generated for magnetic latching relay was proposed.By means of high-speed camera and image processing technology,the dynamic characteristics of the magnetic latching relay were tested,meanwhile the contact arc images were collected and the relationship between dynamic characteristics and arc ignition was obtained.Using this method,the accurate relationship between contact movement and arc of the magnetic latching relay were given,which provided the basis of the structure improvement for the magnetic latching relay design process.
