摘要 指出了光伏电站接入电网中对电压闪变产生相应影响的原因。介绍了电压闪变仪的测量原理,并在Matlab/Simulink环境下搭建了模拟电压闪变仪的仿真模型。最后,结合某光伏电站并网工程,以辐照度为变化量,以PSCAD/EMTDC为仿真平台,仿真实际光伏电站接入电网对接入点电压闪变的影响,并对仿真结果进行分析,仿真结果符合相关要求。 The reason of grid-connected photovoltaic power station had effects to voltage flicker was discussed.The principle of the voltage flicker metering was described,and the analog model for the flicker metering was implemented under the environment of Matlab/Simulink according to the functions and design criterion suggested by IEC.Finally,a simulation model of the practical grid-connected photovoltaic power station in Shanghai was established in PSCAD/EMTDC,the effects on the voltage flicker of the point of integration was simulated,and the simulation results were analyzed,the simulation results meet the relevant requirements.
