摘要 介绍了矿井风机专用应急供电电源系统的逆变控制技术。专用应急供电电源系统的逆变电路采用全控型器件IGBT组成的三相桥式电压型逆变电路,控制电路采用TMS320F2812 DSP处理器,将SPWM调制技术与数字信号处理器技术相结合,控制IGBT的导通与断开。通过试验验证,输出交流性能大幅度提高,能够达到我国矿用电机所需的电源质量标准,且逆变器效率较高,满足矿井应急供电电源系统的需求,能在井下常规供电故障时对风机持续供电。 The emergency power supply for mine blower is an important device to ensure the underground face's ventilated smooth.The design and research of the dedicated EPS has an important significance.The inverter control technology of the dedicated EPS system for mine blower was introduced.The dedicated EPS system inverter circuit uses the full-controlled device IGBT consisting of three-phase bridge of voltage type inverter circuit.Based on TMS320F2812 DSP processors of TI company,control circuit combines SPWM modulation technology with digital signal processor(DSP) technology to control the conduction and disconnect of IGBT.Also the experiments verify the theoretical analysis.The performance of AC output is greatly raised in this design.It can achieve the quality of power supply standard in our country's mine motors and supply a long time power when the mine blower has a power outage.
