25例胃肠道肿瘤患者腹腔镜手术治疗的临床疗效

25 Cases of Gastrointestinal Cancer Patients the Clinical Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨胃肠道肿瘤患者行腹腔镜手术的安全性及可行性,分析其临床应用价值。方法:系统性回顾我院2007年1月～2011年4月行腹腔镜手术治疗的25例患者,其中胃癌16例.乙状结肠癌3例,直肠癌6例。结果:25例手术均顺利完成,无中转开腹,手术时间160～310min,术中出血少90-200ml,术后胃肠功能均于1～2天恢复,无切口感染、腹腔内感染、尿潴留等并发症出现,平均住院11.5天。出院后随访6-24个月未见复发转移,患者生存质量均良好。结论:腹腔镜具有创伤小、胃肠干扰小、并发症少、术后恢复快等特点,值得进一步在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To explore laparoscopic gastrointestinal cancer patients of the safety of the operation and feasibility and analyze the value of clinical applications.Methods：Our systematic review in January 2007 to April 2011 laparoscopic surgical treatment of 25 patients.including 16 cases of cancer of the stomach,3 patients with the sigmoid colon cancer,6 patients with colorectal cancer. Results：25 cases are performed successfully completed,no requirement is opened laparotomy,the operation time is 160～310 min.less intraoperatie bleeding（90～200ml）,gastrointestinal function after the operation in 1～2d are restored,no incision infection,intra-abdominal infections,urinary retention complications,such as an average of 11.5 days in hospital.After discharge were followed up with 6 to 24 months without recurrence transfer,survival quality is all good.Conclusion：Laparoscopie has small trauma,effectively with small,fewer complications,and postoperative recovery and other characteristics,is worth further in clinical application.
