华蟾素片联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

Cinobufotalin Piece Combination Chemotherapy for Advanced Non-small Cell lung Cancer

目的:观察单纯化疗及华蟾素片辅助化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效。方法:选择39例Ⅲb/Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者,分为化疗联合华蟾素组(华蟾素组)和单纯化疗组(化疗组):华蟾素组指完成4～6周期TP方案化疗后开始口服华蟾素片,化疗组指完成4～6周期TP方案化疗后单纯随访。观察两组治疗后的近期疗效、远期疗效及生存质量变化。结果:近期疗效治疗相同,即同属化疗阶段,其疗效评价统计学上无差异。两组远期疗效比较有差异,华蟾素组中位生存时间13.4月,1年生存率57.1%,化疗组中位生存时间11.6月,1年生存率48.4%,P<0.05,差异有显著性意义。卡氏评分变化:华蟾素组中因肿瘤控制,与单纯化疗组比较少发生转移,病人一般情况较稳定。结论:在基础化疗完成后使用华蟾素片维持治疗,抑制瘤体复发及远处转移,可以改善晚期癌症患者生存质量,延长患者生存。

Objective：To observe the effect.of chemotherapy alone and adjuvant chemotherapy-cinobufotalin tablets for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：39 casesⅢb /Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） patients,divided into chemotherapy cinobufotalin group（cinobufotalin group） and chemotherapy alone（chemotherapy group）：the first refered to the completition of cinobufotalin（4～6） period after the TP regimen of oral cinobufotalin films,the second to the completion of chemotherapy after（4-6） cycles TP simple follow-up.Observed short-term effect,long-term efficacy and changes for quality of life after two groups adminstration. Result：The same adminstration of short-term effect,had been the one chemotherapy stage,no statistical difference in efficacy evaluation. Long-term efficacy about the two groups had significance differences,cinobufotalin median survival time of 13.4 months.one year survival 57.1%chemotherapy,median survival time of 11.6 months.one year survival 48.4%,P0.05,significant difference significance.Kamofsky score change：cinobufotalin group due to tumor control,with chemotherapy alone group was relatively small shift,the patient generally more stable.Conclusion：After completion of chemotherapy in the basic use of cinobufotalin tablets maintenance therapy.inhibition of tumor recurrence and distant metastasis.patients with advanced cancer could had improved quality of life and prolong survival.
