预测与评价急危重症患者病情的现状研究

The Clinical Study of the Prediction and Evaluation About Intensive Patients

目的:探究APACHE-Ⅱ评分系统在预测与评价急危重症患者病情中的临床应用价值。方法:采用前瞻性开放研究,共收集80例在我院急诊科就诊的急危重症患者,进行统计学分析比较APACHE-Ⅱ评分系统预测的病死率和实际病死率。结果:APACHE-Ⅱ评分系统预测80例患者病死率为16,25%,实际病死率为13.75%;将实际病死率和预测病死率进行卡方检验后,X^2=2.14,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:APACHEⅡ评分系统在预测与评价急危重症患者病情中的取得了满意的预测和评价效果。随着预测与评价价系统的逐步提高和不断改进,APACHEⅢ评分系统将逐步完善,此评价系统的应用面将会越来越广,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of the APACHE-Ⅱscoring system in the prediction and evaluation of intensive patients.Methods：80 intensive patients were collected,and compared the predicted mortality of APACHE-Ⅱscore system and the actual mortality by statistical analysis.Results：The differences between the predicted mortality of APACHE-Ⅱscore system and the actual mortality were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The APACHE-Ⅱscore system can improve the quality of Prediction and evaluation about Intensive patients and has won the trust and satisfaction.
