有限内固定(克氏钉、螺钉)结合外固定架治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折高能量损伤

Type C3 Distal Radius Fracture of High-energy Injury Treatment with Limited Internal Fixation(g's nails,screws) Combined with External Fixation

目的:探讨有限内固定(克氏钉、螺钉)结合外固定架治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折高能量损伤的治疗效果。方法:对我院2007年6月～.2009年6月1 7例C3型桡骨远端骨折高能量损伤的患者采用有限内固定(克氏钉、螺钉)结合外固定架进行治疗的疗效和恢复情况进行分析。结果:本组17例患者出院后随访6～24个月,治愈13例,好转4例;总有效率100%,术后发生外固定架钉道感染2例,占11.76%,经给予.对症治疗后好转;并发创伤性关节炎3例,占17.65%;无1例桡神经浅支及正中神经损伤和骨折塌陷等病例,患者均恢复良好。结论:有限内固定(克氏钉、螺钉)结合外固定架治疗C3型桡骨远端骨折高能量损伤疗效确切,并利于对损伤关节软骨的修复,防止骨折碎片向掌侧移位,可有效稳定骨折端,提高恢复效果,减少并发症。

Objective：To investigate the type C3 distal radius fracture of high-energy injury treatment effect with limited internal fixation（g＇s nails,screws＇） combined with external fixation.Methods：Given 17 cases of type C3 distal radius fracture of high-energy injury patients in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2010 limited internal fixation（g＇s nails,screws） combined with external fixation, the treatment effect and recovery conditions were analyzed.Results：The 17 patients were followed up 6 to 24 months after they left hospital.13 cases were cured,4 cases were improved.The total effective rate was 100%.After the operation,external fixator infection happened in 2 cases,accounting for 11.76%,improved after giving symptomatic treatment Concurrent traumatic arthritis happened in 3 cases,accounting for 17.65%.No one case of superficial branch of radial nerve and median nerve damage and fracture collapse and other cases,patients recover well.Conclusion：The treatment effect is effective to take limited internal fixation（g＇s nails,screws） combined with external fixation to treat the type C3 distal radius fracture.It is beneficial for the repair of articular cartilage damage,to prevent the fracture fragments to the palm side of the shift,which can effectively stabilize fracture,improve recovery results and reduce complications.
