老年男性骨代谢生化指标与骨质疏松症的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨老年男性血清骨形成与骨吸收生化指标随年龄变化及与骨质疏松症(OP)的关系。方法:采用双能X线法检测197例老年男性骨密度(BMD)分别检测血清骨形成生化指标(骨碱性磷酸酶BAP、骨钙素OC、Ⅰ型胶原氨基端前肽PINP)及血清骨吸收生化指标(I型胶原C端肽CTX)的浓度。结果:三组(70~79岁组、80~89岁组及90岁以上组)的骨形成生化指标(BAP、OC、PINP)浓度低于60~69岁组(P<0.05),三组的骨吸收生化指标(CTX)浓度高于60~69岁组(P>0.05),骨质疏松症组骨形成生化指标浓度低于骨量减少组及骨量正常组(P<0.05),骨吸收生化指标浓度高于骨量减少组及骨量正常组(P>0.05),骨形成生化指标浓度与年龄呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:老年男性骨质疏松症的发生与骨形成能力明显不足有关应重视骨形成生化指标对老年男性骨质疏松症的预警作用。 Objective:To study the age-related changes and osteoporosis(OP) on the serum biochemical makers of bone formation and bone resorption in aged men.Methods:Bone mineral density(BMD) values among 197 aged men were measured by dual-energy X-Ray absorptiometry,serum biochemical makers of bone formation with bone alkaline phosphatase(BAP),osteocalcin(OC) and procollagenrype I amino-terminal propeptide(PINP),in additional to serum biochemical makers of bone resorption with crosslaps(CTX) were also measured.Results:The levels of biochemical makers of bone formation(BAP,OC,PINP) among three groups(70~79~year group,80~89~year group and after 90~year group) were lower than that in 60-69-year group(P0.05),the level of biochemical maker of bone rcsorplion(CTX)among three groups was higher than that in 60~69-year group(P0.05).levels of biochemical makers of bone formation in osteoporost' group were lower than that in group with decrease of bone mass and with normal bone mass(P0.05),the level of biochemical maker of bone resorption in osteoporosis group was higher than that in group with decrease of bone mass and with normal bone mass(P0.05),there was a negative linear correlation between biochemical makers of bone formation level and age(P0.05). Conclusion:lncidence of osteoporosis in aged men is related to serious insufficiency of bone formation,biochemical makers of bone formation is an important maker for predicting the incidence of osteoporosis in aged men.
