改变给药途经治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的临床疗效研究

Change The Administration of Treatment of Children with Lower Respiratory Tract Infections Through The Clinical Efficacy Studies

目的:探讨改变给药途径,由静脉滴注改变为通过直肠漓注给药的方法治疗小儿呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取我院于2009年1月至10月收治的120例患下呼吸道感染的患儿,随机分为两组,采用直肠滴注和静脉漓注各60例,对比两组的疗程和临床疗效。疗效评定方法分为:显效、有效以及无效。结果:疗程:直肠滴注组于静脉滴注组在疗效上无显著性差异P>0.05,显效:直肠滴注组的显效率明显低于静脉滴注组,有效:明显高于对照组。总有效率无差别。用卡方检验值为7.69,P<0,05,两组在疗效上具有显著性差别,静滴组显效率好于直肠组,且疗程短。直肠组有效率好于静漓组。结论:直肠漓注是治疗新生儿下呼吸道感染行之有效的给药方法,痛苦小,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the change in route of administration by intravenous infusion through the rectal infusion administration to change the method of treatment efficacy in children with respiratory tract infections.METHODS：A hospital in January 2009 to October 120 patients admitted to suffering from lower respiratory tract infections in children,were randomly divided into two groups,the use of rectal and intravenous infusion of 60 cases,compared two groups of treatment and clinical effect.The evaluation method is divided into：markedly effective,effective,and ineffective.Results：Treatment：intravenous infusion of rectal infus on of group efficacy on group no significant differences P0.05;markedly：the efficiency of rectal infusion group was significantly lower than the intravenous group,effective：significantly higher.The total effective non-discriminatory.Chi-square test value of 7.69,P0.05,two groups in efficacy was significant difference between the intravenous group was significantly better than the efficiency of the rectum group,and the short course.Rectal group was better than the intravenous group.Conclusion：The rectal infusion is an effective treatment of neonatal respiratory tract infection under the administration method,less painful and effective,worthy of promotion.
