银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Ginkgo Injection of The Treatment of Coronaty Heart Disease Unstable Angina Curative Effects

目的:观察银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:把符合诊断的100例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随即分成对照组和治疗组各50例,两组的共同基础治疗为抗凝和降脂,治疗组加用银杏达莫注射液治疗两周,对照组加用硝酸甘油注射液治疗两周。结果:治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率94%,心电图改善率70%,明显高于对照组的78%和48%,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效突出,几乎无副作用。

Objective：Yinxingdamo injection treatment of angina Unstable angina.Methods：To meet the diagnosis of J 00 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with unstable angina then divided into control group and treatment group,50 patients,two of the common basis for the anticoagulant and lipid-iowerittg therapy,the treatment group treated with Ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection two weeks,the control group with nitroglycerin injection two weeks.Results：Relieve angina treatment group 94%total efficiency, ECG improvement rate 70%,significantly higher than 78%and 48%,the difference was significant（p0.05）.Conclusion：Yinxingdamo injection treatment of angina pectoris prominent effect,almost no side effects.
