枇杷清肺饮联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗痤疮72例临床观察

Clinical Study 72 Cases of Pipa Qingfei Yin(MPQY) and Erythromycin/isotretinoin Gel Treatment of Vulgaris

目的:观察枇杷清肺饮联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效。方法:将Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痤癌患者132例随机分为两组,治疗组72例,对照组61例。治疗组予枇杷清肺饮联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶,对照组单用异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗。4周后观囊疗效及不良反应,3个月后进行随访。结果:治疗组在中、重度痤疮有效率(93.18%,78.57%)显著高于对照组(77.50%,47.62%),而且两组的总有效率之间比较也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。同时两组复发率以及不良反应发生率之间比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:枇杷清肺饮联合异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗中、重痤疮的疗效优于单用异维A酸红霉素凝胶,且联合用药安全可靠,复发率低,值得在临床中加以推广应用。

Objective：To research the effectiveness of MPQY and erythromycin/isotretinoin gel treatment of moderate to severe vulgaris.Methods：The moderate to severe 132 patients with vulgaris were randomized to two groups.the treatment group was 72 cases and the control group had 61 cases.The treatment group were treated with MPQY and erythromycin/isotretinoin gel;and the control group were treated with erythromycin/isotretinoin gel only.Effects were observed after 4 weeks and adverse reactions,three months after followup. Results：The treatment group with moderate to severe acne efficiency（93.18%,78.57%） was significantly higher than the control group （77.50%,47.62%）,and the total efficiency had the significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.At the same time two sets of relapse rate and adverse reaction rates were compared between the existence of significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effectiveness of MPQY and erythromycin/isotretinoin gel treatment of moderate to severe vulgaris was than the alone treated by erythromycin/isotretinoin gel.It was safe and recurrence rate,and was worthy of clinical application.
