摘要
目的:探索建立兔无血预充体外循环术后成活模型的实验方法。方法:实验动物为12只纯种新西兰大白兔,经颈动、静脉插管,无血预充,建立体外循环模型,术后成活饲养。结果:术中及术后监测显示血红蛋白偏低,动脉血气多数偏酸,血压在正常范围。1只兔体外循环过程中因急性左心衰死亡,其余11只均成功建立体外循环并在术后成活饲养24小时。结论:闭胸兔体外循环术后成活模型建立简便可行。
Objective:To establish a cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) model of rabbit.Methods:Twelve New Zealand rabbits were included in this experiment.The CPB without blood priming was established via carotid and jugular cannulation.The blood-gas analysis.blood pressure and Hb parameters were examined during and after CPB.Results:Durrag and after CPB.Hb was declined,but blood-gas analysis showed pH value was lower.The blood pressure was maintained at the normal levei.Only one rabbit died in the process of CPB due to acute left heart failure.Conclusion:?stablishment of rabbit closed chest cardiopulmonary bypass model was showed feasible and effective.
