摘要
目的:评估我院促智药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:用Excel对我院2008～2010年促智药用量、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)进行统计分析。结果:3年来我院口服促智药用药金额增长了35.13‰用药频度增长了18.94%,银杏叶的用药颡度连续3年居首位,占30%以上。结论:我院口服促智药用量呈快速增长趋势,使用基本合理,银杏叶制剂在改善脑功能治疗中有着良好的应用前景。
Objective：To evaluate the nootropic drug use in our hospital for clinical reference rational drug use.Methods：Analysis of our hospital with Excel 2008 and 2010 the amount of nootropic drugs,medication amount of DDDs（DDDs） for statistical analysis. Results：Three years,our hospital the amount of oral administration of nootropic drugs in the increase of 35.13%,DDDs increased by 18.94%.Ginkgo biloba DDDs top of the list for three consecutive years,accounting for more than 30%.Conclusion：The oral administration of nootropic drugs in our hospital to use basic and reasonable,rapid rising,ginkgo biloba therapy in improving brain function has a good prospect.
