摘要 实验研究了表面活性剂和醇对乳化炸药水相析晶点的影响,结果表明,某些阴离子表面活性剂具有降低析晶点的作用,单独的醇对降低析晶点没有影响;乙二醇与阴离子表面活性剂协同作用可以有效降低析晶点。初步探讨了表面活性剂降低析晶点的作用机理,认为是表面活性剂的吸附作用影响了结晶行为,从而降低了析晶点。 The experiments studying the influence of surfactant and alcohol on the crystallizing point of water-phase in emulsion explosive have been conducted. The results show that some anionic surfactants can reduce the crystallizing point, alcohol alone has little influence on the crystallizing point, and the cooperation of ethylene glycol with anionic surfactant has good effect on reducing the crystallizing point. Moreover, the mechanism of reducing the crystallizing point using surfactant is also discussed, it is thought that the absorption of surfactant affects the crystallization behavior and then reduces the crystallizing point.
