摘要
从应力波、爆生气体作用角度对岩石松动爆破的裂隙区参数进行了系统分析。在岩石破裂的期初,冲击波、应力波起到主要作用,而后松动裂隙发育与爆炸气体形成的准静态应力场是密不可分的。在刘庄煤矿综采面底板进行松动爆破现场试验,确定实际爆破参数(炮眼深度、炮孔装药量、抵抗线、密集系数、装药结构和堵塞),取得了岩体有效松动,爆后大块率显著降低等良好的爆破效果。
From the role of stress waves and detonation gas angle, some parameters of fracture zone in the process of loosen blasting are analyzed systematically. Through in the beginning of rock's rupture period, shock waves and stress waves play an important role, the quasi-static stress field produced by explosion gas and the loosening fracture forming is inseparable. The loosen blasting tests of the bottom floor of fully-mechanized face in Liuzhuang coal mine have been proceeded, that defines the actual blasting parameters (borehole depth, borehole charge, ultimate burden, borehole density, charge construction and jam). As a result, rock is loosen effectively, the rate of large rock is reduced significantly etc., and the research achievements can be references for the similar loosen blasting practice.
