CT导引下的自动活检装置应用体会(附120例)

Application of Automatsy Device under CT Guidance

目的 本文回顾性分析了 12 0例采用新型自动活检装置活检的病人 ,评价了Bar公司Magnum活检系统Autovac(2 1G)自动活检枪的应用价值。方法 采用CT导引定位取材 ,病理涂片和组织细胞切片相结合的方法 ,对三种活检方法的病理结果进行比较。结果 直接法 :诊断率 93 %～ 97 5 %。并列法 :90 %～ 10 0 %。共轴法 :90 %。结论 直接法更具有操作简单 ,定位准确 ,损伤小 ,并发症少 ,取材好 ,诊断率较高等优点。是值得应用的方法。

Objective To evaluate of application automated biopsy devices under CT guidance in the 120 cases. Methods The method of Magnum biopsy system devices and autovac (21G) automated biopsy gun technique were studed to compare each other. Results Direct method:95 cases,dignostic accurcy was 93%～97%.Paralled method: 25 cases, dignostic accuracy was 90%～100%.Coaxial method: 10 cases,dignostic accuray 90%. Conclusion The direct method had higher diagnotic accuracy.The complication were seldom and it is a safe, reliable method for diagnosis. [
