摘要
目的 以癌组织中CD44v6、nm2 3 /NDPK、p5 3蛋白、ras/p2 1及PCNA的表达水平与胃癌淋巴转移的相关性 ,探讨预测胃癌淋巴转移的分子生物学新方法。方法 采用免疫组织化学S P法 ,检测 41例胃癌手术标本的癌组织、癌旁组织及转移淋巴结CD44v6、nm2 3 /NDPK、p5 3蛋白、ras/p2 1及PCNA的表达情况 ,分析其与胃癌淋巴转移的相关性。结果 CD44v6、p5 3、ras/p2 1及PCNA与胃癌淋巴转移呈正相关 ,nm2 3 /NDPK与胃癌淋巴转移呈负相关。当如上述任三种结果同时出现时 ,对预测胃癌淋巴转移的灵敏性为 96.77% ,特异性为 70 %。结论 癌组织中CD44v6、nm2 3 /NDPK、p5 3蛋白、ras/p2 1及PCNA的表达水平与淋巴转移密切相关 ,联合检测如上指标有望成为预测胃癌淋巴转移的又一有价值的分子生物学手段。
? Objective To explore a novel molecular method to predict metastasis through the relationship between lymph node metastasis and expression of some cancer associated genes in gastric carcinoma.Methods 41 paraffin embedded specimens of gastric carcinoma were studied,10 out of 41 cases had lymph node metastasis(LNM) in surgery.The expressions of CD44v6,nm23/NDPK,p53,ras/p21,and PCNA were examined with S P immunohistochemical technique and correlated to the incidence of LNM.Results The LNM of gastric cancer was positively correlated with the level of expressions of CD44v6,p53,ras/p21,and PCNA,but negatively correlated with that of nm23 expression.The sensitivity and the specificity for predicting LNM with this method was 96.77%,and 70% respectively when any three co indexes of them were observed.Conclusions The expressing level of CD44v6,nm23/NDPK,p53,ras/p21,and PCNA correlated with LNM of gastric cancer in different manner.The result of coexamination of them might be useful to predict LNM of the gastric cancer. 〔
