虚拟样机技术在塑壳断路器电动操作机构设计中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 设计了一种塑壳断路器电动操作合闸机构,建立了合闸机构系统的动力学模型并给出能量方程表达式。在Pro/E软件中进行零部件的三维建模和装配,利用基于多体动力学原理的ADAMS软件进行机构运动仿真分析,得到了机构空载合闸时间约20 ms,而合闸时弹簧存在回弹振动且机构承受较大冲击的问题还需后续设计解决。仿真结果验证了合闸机构方案的可行性及设计的准确性。虚拟样机的仿真结果为后续优化工作提供了参考依据,也探索了一种适合塑壳断路器电操机构虚拟设计的有效方法。 A closing system in electric operating mechanism of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) was de- signed, and then the dynamic model of closing system and the energy equation expression were established. After that, the 3D parts and assemblies of electric operating mechanism were created in Pro/E software. Based on multi- body dynamics theory, the dynamic behavior of electric operating mechanism was simulated with ADAMS. From the simulation, the time of the closing motion was about 20 ms, but the issues that spring rebounded and mechanism suffered rather big impact also need to be solved. The simulation results show that the project of closing system is feasible and true. The simulation results can provide the reference for the subsequent design of the mechanism. So, a new suitable virtual design method for electric operating mechanism of MCCB was explored.
