摘要
针对石油企业中绩效评价体系的特点问题,在石油企业引入了平衡计分卡理论,并阐述了石油企业平衡计分卡的基本框架及石油企业业绩评价的指标体系和各指标权重确定方法,研究表明平衡计分卡是一个适应石油企业需要的新型绩效评价体系。
In view of the backwardness of traditional performance evaluation system in petroleum enterprises, balanced scorecard theory was introduced.The elaboration was made of the basic framework of petroleum enterprises' balanced scorecard and determination methods for their performance evaluation index system and index weight.Results show that the balanced scorecard is a new performance evaluation system that meets enterprises' need.
