针对财务管理专业实验教学问题,采用调查分析和对比分析的方法,分析了财务管理专业应用创新型人才培养要求和影响实验教学效果的因素,提出在财务管理基础实验的基础上,构建以财务专项实验和财务电算化实验为辅助,财务模型实验和财务综合实验为核心的实验教学体系。研究结果为财务管理专业实验教学提供指导。

In view of experiment teaching prohlems in financial management specialty,survey and comparative analyses were made of the requirements for applied and innovative talents training and factors for experimental teaching effect in this spet＇iaity.An experiment teaching system was put forward that is constructed based on basic experiments of financial management,with financial model experiments and financial comprehensive experiments as its core and financial special experiments and financial computerization experiments its supplement.The results provide guidance for experimental teaching in financial management specialty.
